April 1, 2010 (Calcutta Tube): Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi was present in Chennai as his upcoming film Prince is getting dubbed in Tamil. It’s a wonderful surprise that Vivek Oberoi himself dubs for the Tamil version. It was an evening for promoting his upcoming release ‘Prince’ that is slated to hit screens on April 9.
The actor utters that he has a good fluency in Tamil right from his childhood.
It’s worth mentioning that his close relatives and grandparents are staying here in this city and he used to visit them often.
Turning lights on this film, he said, “We have strived to bring the best technical attributes for the audiences, who’ve constantly singing praises of Hollywood for its excellence in those panoramas. I must thank my producers, who have considerably spent a huge amount for special effects including sound and VFX, which itself took more than 4 months to complete….”
The media interaction session was held at Sathyam Cinemas, one of the renowned multiplexes in Chennai.
Vivek Oberoi has now gained more popularity precisely for the reason of sharing screen space with Surya in Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Raktha Charitra’. Of course, he’ll be rendering his own voice for dubbing in this film as well.
