Kolkata, Sept 23 (Calcutta Tube / IBNS) Sourav Ganguly on Thursday promoted the new powder hair dye called JO from VVF Ltd in Kolkata.
The former captain of the Indian cricket team is the brand ambassador for the upcoming product that claims to be “far better than the competition in the market, quality wise.”
Sourav said, “Looking good is very important for all of us and everyone is worried about their hair.”
“It is all about how the brand serves the people and let us hope that they do so,” he remarked.
VVF Director Rashmin Joshi said that their reason for choosing “Dada” is “because he personifies our consumers.”
VVF, which is currently a third party manufacturer for major companies like Jhonson & Jhonson and Henkel has a total turnover of Rs. 1750 crores and aims to leave an impression upon the powder hair dye market with help from Japanese corporation Novelina.
“We have made a tie up with the Japanese company Novelina and we intend to introduce its no drip technology because dripping is a major problem for consumers,” Joshi said.
Joshi stated that the hair dye was safer and at the competitive price they are offering it has the highest quality assurance for consumers.
“Our product is ammonia and hydrogen peroxide free and so it is safe for all hair types. At an introductory price of only 10 rupees per sachet it offers the best quality in the market. We are so confident of its quality that we are offering a total money back scheme if the customer is unsatisfied with our product,” Joshi said.
