Shuvaprasanna picks favourite dishes at Taj Bengal

Kolkata, Oct 29 (Calcutta Tube / IBNS) Popular painter Shuvaprasanna joined Taj Bengal hotel’s series on Soul Ingredients to infuse his ‘soul’ into his favourite restaurants.
Shuvaprasanna brought ‘Palette to Palate’ to Taj Bengal where he selected his favourite dishes from existing menus of Souk , Sonargaon and Chinoiserie.
From 28th October to 6th November, Shuvaprasanna will present a gastronomical journey at the Taj Bengal, with his favourites from Taj menus – a mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian.
The renowned painter has also introduced some culinary innovations in his choice of dishes at the 3 restaurants.

“While you can taste Honey tossed Darsaan at Chinoiserie prepared in Shuvaprasanna’s style, Sonargaon will offer desserts like ‘Jeebe Gaja’ and ‘Dal Pethe’, two of Shuvaprasanna’s favorites during this time period,” said an official spokesperson.
