September 24, 2010, KOLKATA (Calcutta Tube): Jisshu Sengupta‘s better half Niranjana Sengupta has turned producer after quitting her career as film actress. Now she has Blue Water Pictures-her own production house. Blue Water Pictures is the co- producer of Rituparno Ghosh’s Noukodubi, along with Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts. Niranjana is currently producing STAR Studio, STAR Studio Special and Hit Parade for STAR Jalsha. She might be the only lady producer in town, but Niranja is working hard and enjoying her work dearly. Dancing Star with Jisshu as the anchor, and Ghosh and Company with Rituparno Ghosh as the show host on STAR Jalsha are some of the most successful shows produced by Blue Water Pictures.
