Kolkata, Feb 21 (Calcutta Tube / IBNS): Bollywood actor Neha Dhupia glammed up the Sunday night in Kolkata as Chrome, one of the popular hotels in the city, launched a new discotheque named ‘Iinferno’.
Presented on the occasion were film director Gautam Ghosh, singer Babul Suprio, Gautam Kundu (owner of Rose Valley company) and Hiraan and Pooja the lead pair of upcoming movie ‘Macho Mastana’.
Speaking about the latest party destination, Subrata Sankar Sengupta, Bar and Lounge Manager said: “The Inferno at the Chrome will be the new hip and happening night club in the city of joy.”
To add more glamour to the new disk elite models like Shonal Rawat, Preeti, Satarupa, Ishika, Roza, Arpita, Nisha and Shubhamita sashayed down the ramp with style.
The disk which is located on the seventh level of the hotel on AJC Bose Road has 5000 square feet space and has been divided into VIP lounge by poolside, sky lounge adjacent to the night club open to the night sky, swimming pool, golden lounge, and bar and bar lounge.
The club also has exclusive private party area, poolbeds and elite VIP service.
Mumbai based architect Sameep Padora has worked on the interiors of “Iinferno” with the approximate investment of Rs 3.5 crores.
Inferno is furnished with a contemporary look and state-of-the-art acoustics and lighting giving a warm feeling due to the metallic effect of the copper coloured walls and ceiling.
The seating section is cozy with black leather upholstery and it gives a complete view of the pool and sky.
The 20-feet full-service bar at the “Iinferno” lies adjacent to the pool, separated by glass panel so that the whole experience is that of the “outside being inside you”.
Talking about the architecture, Subrata said: ““Keeping in line with the hotel’s distinctive architectural design, the club is bound to take coolness to another level altogether.”
The name of the drinks that the bar serves has unique names like Flaming Lamborghini, Flat Liner and Brain Eraser to name a few.
The dinning space at the club serves multi-cuisine to the guests and are available in the bar area, poolside and diamond lounge.
