Mother and Brother of oscar winning actress Jennifer Hudson were killed and her nephew has been missing since the incedent since Friday. FBI is investigating the case and have William Balfour in custody as a suspect, who is the stepfather of the 7 year old Julian King. Hudson, 29, won an Oscar for her role in the musical Dreamgirls in 2007. She also starred in blockbuster Sex and the City and The Secret Life of Bees.
