May 3, 2010 (Calcutta Tube): Indian filmmaker Manirathnam is well known for his management techniques that have been keeping ahead of all constraints during filming. Of course, he has been quite cognizant over the promotion phases as well. It’s quite illustrious with his instantaneous plan about not hosting audio launch functions for both Tamil and Telugu versions of ‘Raavanan’.

Previously, the filmmaker had grandiosely arranged for the audio launch of Hindi version ‘Raavan’ in Mumbai. Now, it’s quite disappointing for the Tamil buffs as they expected the same fabulous entertainment that happened in Mumbai.

Nonetheless, Sony Music is planning to organize a special event on May 14 that will have coming together of film technicians with Vikram and A.R. Rahman performing live on stage.
