London, Jan 25 (Calcutta Tube) Hollywood actress Julia Roberts admits starring in 1990 romantic comedy ‘Pretty Woman’ had a ‘profound effect’ on her life as it turned her into a star.
The 42-year-old says she has a special place in her heart for the movie in which she played a down-on-her-luck prostitute because of the way it changed her life, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
”Pretty Woman’ had a profound effect on my life, so I have an incredible affection for that movie. But it’s like picking your favourite friend, it’s impossible. There are different reasons to love all of my movies,’ she said.
Roberts along with her co-star Richard Gere helped the movie rake in over $460 million at the box office.
