Raipur, July 16 (IANS) An official of the Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) was arrested Friday on charges of lapses that led to the death of two workers at the company’s manufacturing plant in Chhattisgarh’s Raigarh district, police said.
‘Sitaram Garg, the manager of JSPL’s oxygen unit, was arrested on charges of lapses. We registered a case against him,’ Raigarh district Superintendent of Police Rahul Sharma told IANS.
