How are you feeling after receiving this award?
I am feeling really great after receiving this award. It is important for any sportsman to get recognition and support from the people and receiving these kind of awards is really important.
You did not perform to your standards in the National Games. Any particular reason for that?
Our rules, this time, have changed a bit. This new format provides great opportunity to the underdogs to perform well. Every one has a chance with this change.

Does it creates problem when rules are altered?

See when rules are changed it takes a bit of time to adopt to the new format.

Dola Banerjee is not there in the World Cup team this time, your reactions on that?

We are going to miss Dola di (Dola Banerjee). We are not that experienced like Dola di and it is always good to have some one like her in the squad. But we will try to do good.We have got experience and talent and hope to do good at the World Cup in Croatia.

Can we expect to see very good results in the Archery World Cup that will start form May 2?

Yes the team is good and I feel that the chances are very good this time.

Which team do you consider to be the most tough opponent in archery?

It is of course Korea whom we consider to be the toughest challengers in the archery field. Their technique and shooting style is very good.
