The movie has a great cast with Rabi Ghosh, Tapen Chattopadhyay, Santosh Dutta and the songs by Auup Ghoshal are splendid.

i had heard a songs about “halla raja” i think,which was performed by “Lopamudra Mitra”…..i think, she performed basically by this movie..
and i cant rememeber in this moment the director of “Bade miya Chote miya”.. bade miya is gupi and chote miya is bagha..hahahahahaha…..!!!!!!!!!
anyway this movie is great forever…..

I have seen the movie first in 1969 and have viewed it in the CD player a number of times thereafter.It is a source of enjoyment at anytime for anybody irrespective of age.But I think there is an error in the note at the top. As far as I know the lyrics were also written by Ray himself.Please check up.
