London, Feb 25 (Calcutta Tube) Pop star Lady Gaga is teaming up with Italian designer Giorgio Armani for her ‘Monster Ball’ world tour. The designer has created bespoke costumes for the concerts, which will stay true to the ‘Poker Face’ singer’s eccentric style, reports contactmusic.com.

‘We hear Lady Gaga’s music everywhere we go, it is like a soundtrack of our times. In addition to her formidable songwriting skills, she is a modern fashion phenomenon,’ said the designer’s fashion house, in a statement.

One of the outfits is a hooded one-piece with a lobster-like effect on one sleeve while another is a blue body suit with pointed shoulders.

Gaga recently also revealed she felt ‘honoured’ when Armani agreed to dress her for the Grammy Awards.

They created custom pieces for her to wear on the red carpet and during her performance at last month’s ceremony, including a lilac and silver space age, solar system-inspired stiff-skirted gown.
