Kolkata, Jan 18 (Calcutta Tube / IBNS): Kolkata’s fine dining restaurant The Wall will celebrate the Chinese New Year with a food festival-‘Enter The Dragon’.
The restaurant will be offering around 17 special Chinese dishes by chef Sushanta Sengupta as a part of the celebration.
Some of the lip smacking delicacies that the customers can taste during the festival are talumien soup, whole beans in tobanjan sauce, crab basil in mushroom sauce, pomfret in yue lei sauce and many more.
Sushanta Sengupta said, “To mark the Chinese New Year we are celebrating this Chinese food festival. We named this festival as ‘Enter The Dragon’ as this is the year of dragons.”
“We are offering some exclusive dishes which have not been offered to our guests so far,” he said.
The food festival at The Wall will start from Jan 20 and will continue till Jan 29.
