July 29, 2010 (Calcutta Tube): Ekti Tarar Khonje (BEYOND THE STARS – Bengali film directed by Avik Mukherjee starring Arpita Chatterjee and Shayan Munshi is now available from ETFLIX.
With lofty dreams of becoming a movie star, young Abhishek leaves his sleepy town for bustling Kolkata, where he finds shelter in a dilapidated mansion, encounters a variety of eccentric tenants, stumbles into danger and discovers romance. Directed by talented cinematographer Avik Mukhopadhyay, this Bengali romantic thriller stars Dhritiman Chatterjee, Shayan Munshi, Dibyendu Bhattacharya and Tanushree Shankar.
EKTI TARAR KHONJE was recently premiered at the NABC 2010, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Databazaar Media Ventures brought the lead stars Arpita Chatterjee, Shayan Munshi to the premiere.
