Mumbai, Jan 18 (Calcutta Tube / IBNS) India Kids Fashion Week kicked off in Mumbai in presence of Bollywood glitterati on Tuesday.
Kids were seen walking the ramp with confidence, style and attitude.
The shows on Day 1 included Hot Wheels by Mattell cloths designed by Narendra Kumar, Beebay by Monica Jain, Mineral by Rajul & Priyadarshani Rao, Just for Kids, Sonali Mansingka, Monnalisa and Rocky S.
The fashion week stared with one of the biggest toy brands Hot wheels by Mattell and cloths designed by Narendra Kumar.
The kids zoomed in on the ramp on skateboard and synchronized dance steps.
Tisca Chopra walked the ramp for Sonali Mansingka to inspire the kids.
Sandeep Soparkar came along with his son Arjun and Jesse Randhawa for the brand Just for Kids (JFK). Rubina, the child artist from Slumdog Millionaire was a part of the international brand Monnalisa’s show.
At the days finale Rocky S showcased his collection in the hues of black, white, light pinks, grey & maroons.
His collection was appreciated by all.
To encourage him Dia Mirza brightened up the ramp in an elegant white gown, a sweet smile and radiant skin which left everyone in awe.
On this occasion, Manoj Mahla, Director of CraftWorld Events Pvt Ltd said, “The response has been overwhelming, kids walked with oodles of grace and confidence, we received the support of the best designers from across India and the best kid’s brands to associate with us. Everyone is super excited with the concept and are looking forward to a rocking day 2.”
