Bengali Movie Releases on Diwali-October 16th, 2009
Only two Bengali Movies are announced to release during the POST Diwali weekend on October 23rd in Kolkata- Saathi Amar Bandhu Amar directed by Anindya Sarkar and Prem Bandhan by Bishwanath Chakraborty.As such there is NOT a single Bengali Movie that is releasing on October 16th.
Both of the films will get some Diwali crowd even though both films are lacking big stars in them. Raj Chakraborty film “Prem Aamar” has been receiving great response and a Box Office Hit. Soham and Payel has done wonderful work in the movie. DEV-Shrabanti starrer DUJONE will be entering 6th week of commercial success. Both of the films will get another spike in viewership in the festive season.
We will review the Saathi Aamar Bandhu Aamar first specially because the director is new and the film features two brand news faces in Bengali Film industry.
