Kolkata, Jan 13 (Calcutta Tube / IBNS): The Bengali audience is all eager to see Tollywood hero Jeet in an absolutely new avatar in the upcoming movie ‘Fighter‘, where the actor sports a beefcake look with his eight pack physique.
To share their experiences about the film, Jeet along with actress Srabanti and director of the film Ravi Kinagi assembled at a press conference on Wednesday evening.
“A complete and wholesome entertainment, a mix of love, action, emotions and everything and above all the story is exceptionally good,” Jeet said.
Speaking about his much talked about eight pack abs, he said he is happy to begin the trend which is already quite popular in Bollywood.
“I am fortunate that the trend begins from me. If I can become an inspiration to new comers or others then it will be great. More over I hope that people will love to see my eight packs,” he said.
“I needed a fit and healthy body, I needed a toned body in good shape, and once the decision was taken I continued doing hard work out and intensified diet control and every thing worked out well,” he said, when asked about his decision to build eight pack abs for the movie.
The film’s heroine Srabanti was upbeat.
“The main catch point of the film is of course the fact that three of us [Jeet-Srabanti- Ravi Kinagi] are back together through this movie. Then there is Jeet with his new look and of course I have also tried out a new look in this movie, I hope audience will love all these factors,” Srabanti said, who had a memorable 2010, with all of her four released movies doing good at the box office.
Directed by popular Bengali film director Ravi Kinagi, the film will hit the silver screen on Jan 14.
