Brief Introduction:
Well the first thing you notice of the movie is extreme similarity with “My Super Ex-Girlfriend”! My Super Ex-girlfriend was a movie by Ivan Reitman released in 21st July, 2006. He had the tagline - “He broke her heart. She broke his everything”. Ugly Aur Pagli is an unsuccessful copy (inspired by?) of My Super Ex-girlfriend. Boxofficeindia reported this film to be a “shameless copy” of another South Korean Film “My Sassy Girl”. Sad thing is even after the scene to scene copy in this film, Bollywood debut Director Sachin Khot did not pay any respect for the copyright law and claimed the movie as his own invention.
Well, I would say you will not miss anything if you don’t go to the hall for this movie except some usual skin show by Mallika Sherawat.
