Anjan Dutta has already shown his abilities in music, acting, directing …..he is really a very talented person. After the huge success of “Bow Barrack Forever” he is back with yet another direction “Chalo Let’s Go”. Chalo Let’s go has been filmed in Calcutta and Darjeeling. Darjeeling must have been very pleasant to Anjan Dutta again! The story is about a music band group. They could not succeed and opened a travel agency. They make a trip with 10 travellers to Darjeeling. Now what? Guys, if you have watched the film already please wtite a review for us! Anjan Dutta said he always wanted to do a modern bengali film with humour, and Chalo Let’s Go is THE film! I have seen the movie..and to say the least it’s awesome.The way Anjan Dutta narrated the story was plasure to watch. It was a way to pay tribute to great Satyajit Ray,in Anjan Dutta style.The acting was brilliant and everybody had done justice to their role.
But what atrracted me is the story and the way it has been told…
The nusic from Neel was as usual brilliant and the way he used the song “Ei poth jodi na sesh hoi”, was fantastic……
In the end I would just say HATS OFF to ANJAN DUTTA…and 5 THUMBS UP from me….

Story Line:
The story is about a music band group - a gang of four friends. They could not succeed and opened a travel agency - Gharoa and are taking a few tourists to North Bengal which unfolds into a great lyrical fun film about relationships & life today with a tribute to old Bengali cinema as Aranner Dinrattri and yester year celluloid characters merge and blend in today’s context in a true Anjan style. Fatafati abhinoy from Parambrata, Saswata, Rudranil, Ritwik. Neel Mukherjee, Barun Chanda, Koushik Ganguly,Dhruv, Arindam Sil, Koneenica, Aparajita Ghosh Das, Sunita Sengupta, Bidipta, Churni. Hi, I have seen this movie twice. I think it is a good timepass type movie. You never fell borring apart form that “Antakshari” scene. Songs are very good. First songs by Rupam Islam is excellent. If any one have the song then pls pls send it to email id.[sumitbose@in.com].I am a dieheart fan of Rupam.

bahu din pore contemporary bangla cinema dekhe khub bhalo laglo…kono antlami nei, dialogues quite good and the songs excellent….shudhu ektai problem, gaangulor makjhe hindi linegulo kaane laagche baddo….accent-er janyoi….but overall, thanks everybody for this movie.

yesterday i saw the movie…the punch songs are really nice..specially Rabindra sangeet in Kaushik’s lips..
the scenic beauty is very touching..but i expected some more sites of Tinchuley, jaldapara, Garumara..u know North Bengal is always the place of nostalgia..so i expected more…karon ekhon je kobe abar oi dike jawa jabe God knows..
again if Anjan da showed the picnic which the travellers themselves organised, will be more helpfull to get an idea of everybody…i mean keu khabar nie jhamela korche or keu naak sitkochhe(typical bengali type)…

Finally saw the movie yesterday. The story, the script, the narration, the transition to past n present n offcourse the music was simply awesome. I expect more films of this genre…Anjan Dutta really deserves a standing accolade to put his hand in such a brave story telling script. We r waiting 4r more Anjan Dutta…

i’ve seen dis movie a few days back……
the story is simply awesome..and more beautiful is the way it has been told…. all the characters are just lovely…. the script writing part was phenomenal…brilliant scenarios…what more…. a 2hr complete entertainer…. the music is simply marvellous by Neel…hats off to anjan dutta.. a truly screative person…….. a must watch for everyone..!!!!!

simply awesum movie!!! kotodin pore ato valo ekta film dekhlam….each n every character was unique in its own way…kono faltu or unnecessary byapar nei….jus luved all of them!!! gaan gulo to onoboddo..picturisation ato valo chilo j film ta dekhar por im dyin to go to the duars to see it in a whole new way…the way anjan dutta has shown us..
in one word, its a ‘GREAT’ movie… will be expecting more like this one..
